- Do I need an account?
- Not for Free or Loppy Plus: the app works on its own, straight to your media server. Household needs a loppy.tv account, because that’s where the dashboard lives.
- Which 12 channels do I get for free?
- The ones you choose. Loppy makes channels from your library’s genres, collections, playlists, big shows and new arrivals, and you pick the 12 you keep. Loppy Plus keeps them all.
- Is there a free trial?
- No: Free is free for good, with 12 channels. Loppy Plus is a one-off purchase for the rest.
- Is my video sent anywhere?
- No. On every plan it plays straight from your media server to your TV. Loppy never stores or relays it.
- When can I buy?
- Loppy Plus arrives with the app in the stores, and Household when the dashboard opens. Nothing can be bought yet.
